Double Beans Curry
STUDENT CHEF

Ingredients

½kg double beans
1 potato cubed
6 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 onion grated
1 tomato grated
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 teaspoon red chillies
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) Jeeru (Cumin)
¼ cup water

Method

Shell the beans & remove skin. Fry the potatoes in the ghee (Clarified butter) & all the other ingredients to fried potatoes. Cook on low heat till done
